Never-ending Views

Still very cold but dry and sunny, too wimpy to walk we briefly became "domingueros" or sunday drivers and explored a route never done before. No idea why, just a must-do-one-day lane.

Well yesterday was the day and boy what views. We live in an incredibly varied landscape, always beautiful, yesterday we were stunned. Endless views, rolling on forever, huge white clouds suspended in deep blue skies, 360 degrees, rugged grey outcrops, pink almond blossom and black olives strewn like confetti.

Rolling olive groves merged into steep scrub inclines of the sierras, clear running stream, grazing goats and ancient ruins.

A gorgeous drive, we´ll be back, planning on making it the start of a walk, when the weather warms.
