Just got home from a great day out in Sevilla. I love it, I´m a country girl at heart and don´t like crowds or cities but Sevilla was amazing and so flat after Jaén. All the photos I´d seen and images in my head didn´t do it justice - even in the rain.
I met up with Shawn Hennessey from Sevilla Tapas
and we had great fun tapas testing, my favourites of the day follow.
This one was my favourite in the Restaurante La Juderia, baby hamburger with jamon Iberico and caramelised onions.
In Restaurante La Sal we tried black squid ink rice with cuttlefish, seaweed fritters, tuna tataky with braised cabbage and cured tuna ventresca on toast and the winner was....
The divine seaweed fritters, my favourite out of the four and my two best tapas in Sevilla today.
